He assists executive leadership teams with issues related to employee engagement, sales force effectiveness, leadership development, strategy alignment, and business transformation. Roth is the co-author of the book Creating the High Performance Team, and is a frequent international speaker representing Wilson Learning&#8217;s point of view on a variety of issues, including leadership, sales, employee engagement, change, strategy implementation, and customer engagement. He is published in numerous business publications.</p>

<p><strong>Michael Leimbach</strong>, Ph.D., Vice President, Global Research and Design provides leadership for researching and designing Wilson Learning&#8217;s diagnostic, learning, and performance improvement capabilities. Michael has developed measurement systems in sales, leadership, and organizational development; has managed major concept development research studies and has developed Wilson Learning's program evaluation capability, and return on investment model. Michael has also managed and presented research and consulting results for a wide variety of global client organizations including DuPont, IBM, Pfizer and more.  Michael has published numerous professional articles and is a frequent speaker at national and global meetings.</p> 


<p><strong>Janis Lipsitz</strong>, a senior consultant with Wilson Learning. Janis has over 15 years experience working with Fortune 500 Sales Executives and their respective executive colleagues to create organizational differentiation strategies. As a sales performance consultant, she has a particular focus on helping clients to differentiate through their people.
