Mr. Bai comes to Wilson Learning from IBM China, where he was the Senior Managing Consultant & Practice Leader of Talent Management and Learning Solutions. He has over 10 years of professional experience in the IT and consulting business, including more than five years of business development and management experience with a strong focus on the Human Capital Management (HCM) business in the China market.
